Cookie Policy
How Verified Solicitors uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies.
Last updated: 12 August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Verified Law Ltd, trading as Verified Solicitors, uses cookies and similar technologies on verifiedsolicitors.co.uk.
It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
2.How we use cookies
Strictly necessary technologies are used for:
- account authentication
- login sessions
- security
- fraud prevention
- essential functionality
- processing user-requested functionality, such as saving a shortlist
Functional technologies are used to remember optional interface preferences you have chosen.
Verified Solicitors does not currently use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies, and does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity or similar tracking tools on this website.
3.Authentication providers
If users sign in using third-party providers such as Google or Apple, those providers may use cookies or similar technologies as part of their authentication process.
Those providers operate according to their own privacy and cookie terms.
5.Your choices
Verified Solicitors does not currently set any analytics, advertising or other optional tracking technologies that require consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. For that reason no cookie consent banner is presented.
The technologies listed above are either strictly necessary to deliver the service you have requested, or are set only as a direct result of an action you take, such as saving a shortlist or collapsing a panel.
You can clear or block cookies and site data at any time using your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out and clear a shortlist saved on your device, but will not otherwise prevent you from using Verified Solicitors.
6.Changing preferences
Because no consent-controlled optional technologies are currently in use, there is no cookie settings panel to manage.
If we introduce analytics, advertising or other optional technologies in future, we will add a consent mechanism allowing you to accept, reject and revisit your choices before those technologies are set, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
7.Third-party services
The authentication technology used to keep you signed in is provided by our hosted database and authentication platform, and the token it stores is held in your browser's local storage rather than in a third-party advertising cookie.
Where you choose to sign in through Google or Apple, that provider will set its own cookies on its own domains during sign-in, under its own terms.
Web fonts and icon fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and some firm logos and map imagery are loaded from third-party addresses. Requests to those services expose standard technical information such as your IP address, but they do not set advertising or analytics cookies on verifiedsolicitors.co.uk.
We do not list any provider here that is not actually used by the website.
8.Changes
The Cookie Policy may be updated when website technology or legal obligations change.
