“We recently used this firm for our property sale.

The process itself was smooth and completed without delays, which we appreciated. However, the overall customer service was disappointing. Aside from the receptionist, who was always lovely and helpful, we were made to feel like an inconvenience on multiple occasions by the solicitors assistants. As this was our first time going through a property sale, we would have really valued clearer guidance, but the process was never properly explained to us instead we were made to feel a bother when asking questions which may be straightforward to a solicitors but all very new to us. We also had to chase for updates several times after being told we would receive information, which added unnecessary frustration. Given the significant amount we paid, we expected a much higher level of service and support. For that reason, I would be hesitant to recommend.
