“I had initial consultations with two depts circa Oct '25 to Jan '26 regarding wills and a seperation agreement.

Both practioners were very professional and informative and I elected to proceed with them. Sadly, that's the last I heard from either of them - no letter of engagement or any other communication was received. I didn't bother chasing them - the ball was in their court to instigate matters and if they're too busy or disorganised to do so, it begs the question as to what level of service would have been received. Suffice to say I went elsewhere.
