Didn’t submit information for a week over when said. Finally had a chat and was told that I’m not important and the legal aid money that they are given isn’t as much as I think. Rude, slow, poor communication, no response, made to feel like nothing for asking for updates on their promises. Avoid! Better off using a primary school pupil to represent. Also was happy to contribute to any additional fees and or legal aid.
