“Emma Willis – Avoid at All Costs Our experience with Emma was incredibly frustrating and stressful.

She repeatedly ignored emails, refused to take phone calls from our solicitor, and failed to answer all the questions in correspondence. Throughout the process, she was unresponsive and unwilling to discuss exchange and completion dates in advance, which caused unnecessary anxiety for everyone in the chain. Shockingly, she waited until just two days before to inform our solicitor that she planned to exchange and complete on the same day!!—directly contradicting and disregarding what all parties, including her own client, had repeatedly requested and agreed upon. Her last-minute update created chaos and frustration for everyone involved. Every company within our chain that dealt with her during this process commented that their experience was among the worst they had encountered. Her lack of communication and cooperation made the transaction far more stressful than it needed to be.
