Google3 weeks agoAbsolutely useless and seem to have an extremely high turnover of staff.
I have had five different points of contact since they started. They never get back to you and despite saying that I was successful two years ago I am still waiting to get paid. DO NOT USE BARING'S LAW. Also as a side note (as I was surprised to see a 3.3 rating on Google and 4.0 on Trust Pilot) if you check the reviews they are largely 1/5 then mysteriously there are a load of 5/5 reviews. Something tells me something isn't right!!!!!

Google6 months agoBeen waiting almost a year to get an invoice to close my account, which I don’t even remember signing up for - it was through a 3rd party website for car finance.
Have contacted them several times, they said a lovely email saying that if I cancel now I would have to pay over £900 for work that had already been done. What work? Had no evidence of anything. The claims aren’t even moving forward currently so a load of rubbish. Has caused me sleepless nights and months of unnecessary stress.

Google6 months agoFilled in a car finance claim form and now I am stuck with these guys against my own will.
They send templated communication in bulk to the lender nothing is tailored, I have done all the leg work for them finding everything, they literally just send templated bullshit letters. If you try to cancel as you realise how incompetent they are they then hold you to ransom claiming the bulk automated letters are fee chargeable work, it is laughable. Considering they are so hot on the car finance commission band wagon you don’t even get an update after any important FCA announcements, these guys are amateurs and I would recommend you steer well clear of them.

Google2 months agoI have been in dispute with Barings Law for over 8 weeks, they never replied to my emails, even though a full investigation was promised on multiple occasions in my case.
I had to turn to the ombudsman to have my issues resolved. Very poor/no communication and appalling customer service. One star is too many. Avoid them!!

I keep having emails saying I have sign up to claim compensation for over charged finance on a car. I know nothing about this they have sent me a copy of an agreement with an unreadable signature saying its mine.it is nothing like my signature and I know nothing about it.
