Google2 years agoAwful, Complete waste of time, sent evidence to them, evidence that everyone can see a dangerous areas.
Except this lot, also told me the onus is on myself to assess areas I'm about to enter, to minimise the risk of injury.

Google6 years agoJohn Shallcross of Blake Morgan LLP provided us with expert advice regarding whether we should pay the higher rate of Stamp Duty Land Tax on our purchase of our new home.
He demonstrated his thorough knowledge of this area of tax law and provided us with a clear and concise summary of the law as it applies to our case so that our solicitors can file the correct SDLT return on our behalf. Throughout our dealings with John he has been very quick and responsive in his communications and thorough in checking all the facts. Although his services are fairly expensive, it was well worth it for us to seek his advice and we would recommend using him for complex SDLT issues.
