“Very bad service.

I don’t recommend anyone to go here. They didn’t do a good job. I had to keep chasing them up. The 2 paralegals and solicitors I had were very lazy in their work and didn’t know what they were doing. I had to carry on chasing them and calling them. Very bad and I hope they close the firm. No help at all. I am disappointed and I don’t want anyone to go through what I went through.

I instructed them only to sell my shop. During the process, the solicitor handling my case left the country without any notice. I received no email, no phone call, and no explanation. I only found out through the buyer’s solicitor, which was completely unacceptable. At no point was a clear completion date communicated to me. There was a serious lack of organisation and communication throughout the case. A new solicitor later took over and charged me an additional £4,000. I was later told this was due to an “error,” and although I received an apology, that mistake still cost me a significant amount of money. On top of this, the amount I received was less than what was stated on the completion statement. I also had to wait four days to receive my funds after completion, despite paying a BACS transfer fee. Overall, the service was unprofessional, poorly managed, and extremely stressful. I regret using this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
