Google6 months agoMy solicitor filled my ET to the wrong employment tribunal, which lead to it being late 2 days out of the 3 month window.
My solicitor was also gravely ill, something she withheld from us. When she passed away Chancery CS did nothing to contact me and I had to chase them. My claim was eventually struck out, stay clear only interest in £££… just wanted another £3K off me instead of explaining why my ET was filed to wrong place and due to this eventually late
