Google9 months agoHaving used James Bunn , Donna and Leanne many times over past few years , they are very very efficient and fast .
Yes they are blunt and direct but you get an answer . one reviewer has mentioned abortive fees of over a 1000 being unacceptable . having used another big branch in Birmingham , they charge 1800 per abortive sale . Bunns is cheap compared to that . The receptionists are always friendly and helpful too . just recently i triend in vain for several weeks to get a reply from a panel of solicitors in UK to do conveyancing , almost no one was bothered to reply . you wont get that with Bunns

Donna has been amazing throughout the whole process – informative, clear, patient, proactive, efficient, great communication throughout and advocated for us where needed. Wonderful all round, worth every penny spent - can't say that for many solicitors out there. Would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone I know.

She was communicative with me over everything and always available, timely and organised and had phenomenal communication skills throughout. All of this through a sale and purchase process that was long, complicated and stop-start. Exactly the kind of solicitor you look for

Googlea year agoI had a positive experience working with Donna, who was very helpful in purchasing and selling my property.For that reason I return to the firm to purchase my new peoperty.
However, when Donna was unavailable, I was assigned to James, and my experience was unfortunately not satisfactory , particularly when I realized he is a partner in the firm. I was charged for a service I did not receive, and despite my efforts to resolve this, the outcome was unsatisfactory. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and will not be using the firm’s services again. I believe better communication and support from the team could improve the overall experience for future
