“I paid £250 for consultation, we had a zoom meeting and i was told the appointment should be postponed to another time due to the adviser having family issues and crisis !!!!

So we briefly had a chat for almost half hour to schedule another one ! Meanwhile we were waiting for their email for necessary documents for our case which we didn't receive any ! We decided to withdraw and emailed asking for some of the money back but we die not get any ! I feel i was rubbed paying £250 for some advise which I could get from google or chat GBT ! I feel I was rubbed and not treated fairly . DO NOT RECOMMEND THE FIRM AT ALL

“Olga, a case worker, works at this company.

Thanks to her, I received my status in two months, although I thought it would take about two years. Olga is the best of the best. Thank you.

“After 4 arduous years of battling the Home Office, and giving up many times in the process, I finally received a positive decision.

Annette and her team never gave up. Annette personally encouraged me to carry on when I lost my will completely, giving me hope and the strength to push through the appeals process. The last 4 years were one of the darkest period of my life, but I can now finally move on and explore what life is all about here. I'm forever grateful for what you and your team have done for me.
