At the beginning, I was clearly told that a 25% deduction would be applied. However, when the compensation was paid, I saw that a 70% deduction had been taken instead. This was a major disappointment for me. There is a significant difference between what was explained at the start and what was actually applied, which has seriously affected my trust. My advice to others considering similar services is to carefully review all contract terms and make sure that any deduction percentages are clearly confirmed in writing. My experience shows how important it is to be cautious about these details. Very disappointing experience. Communication was poor and responses were slow. We were given unclear and conflicting information, which caused unnecessary stress and confusion. When we asked for clarification and documentation, the process became difficult rather than transparent. Overall, we did not feel properly supported or informed. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this firm and would advise others to proceed with caution.

Google10 months agoThe people who work at this unscrupulous establishment are dismissive and bullies.
They will stay in contact until your case is finalised and then ignore all calls and contact and not even hide when you go to the office. They haggle with you for your own money and do not settle until you agree to there new amount they composed. They have a plethora of hidden fees and will leave you empty handed. They essentially just steal cases. They are now removing genuine reviews and any good reviews are made by paralegals who work there. Stay away and save yourself a lot of headache stress and your money
