I enquired about a document being signed a few days ago but no one got back to me as they said they would. After waiting and then having to chase for an update, I was met with an unhelpful attitude and poor communication, stating they were too busy for the job - this should have been stated at the time of enquiry. I expected better professionalism and follow-through from a legal practice. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in their client care. Communication and professionalism are key in legal matters, and unfortunately, this firm fell short on both. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

“Another great outcome working with Michael Coward on sale of investment property.

From point of sale to completion in 6 weeks that was with a week or so delay waiting for agent's sales memo but in the interim Michael was working on getting info packs from 2 sets of managing agents to save time. Cannot recommend Michael highly enough he deals with all my and my family's property legal work he is calm, easy going and very knowledgeable. A delight to have on your side and highly recommend.
