I highly recommend this solicitor.
during a very difficult time Ian provided expert guidance and support throughout helping me as Executor to handle Probate and all that is involved with this process. Ian answered all my questions, responded to all my queries and emails and I am very grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend Flackwood's services for Probate and Wills.

Highly recommend.
Just re-done our wills and put LPA's in place for the future. Very attentive to every need. Everything explained clearly and no hesitation in amending details. Lovely people to deal with. Thank you, much appreciated.

A fantastic Wills Writing Service.
I cannot recommend the Wills writing service at Flackwoods Solicitors in Southwater highly enough. Georgina Smith and the team were brilliant. They talked us through slowly and informatively the whole process from drafting, to signing of our Wills. They outlined various legal options and helped us make the right choices to fit our individual positions. They also guided us on our Lifetime Trusts and Power of Attorney requirements. Throughout Georgina was incredibly patient and helpful in delivering comprehensive Wills at a very competitive price. They just made it so easy and accessible, pleasant experience all round.
