“Literally just wasted my time for 8/9 months.

it was even difficult chasing them up for information because they leave you in the dark most of the time. victoria was quite literally the worst lawyer i have ever met in my life. how she is a lawyer is beyond me. they don’t really care about your case and they drag you through hell and back just to drop your case if they can’t be bothered to pursue it. Please look for a firm where the lawyers will actually put effort and time into your case because this firm won’t do that.

“Do not waste your time.

Provided the company with all ebidence needed to prove negligence and causation but kept me dangling for 3 months to then just say not taking it further. Sounds like they just cant be bothered. Couldnt even get the solicitor to inform me instead a paralegal with 0 knowledge of the case. No answers and no discussion. Please save yourself some time and go elsewhere. 0 stars if it were possible.

They were enthusiastic at the start and made strong promises about handling my case, but once I signed the agreement, communication became very limited. Updates were rare, and I didn’t feel that genuine effort was put into progressing my claim. Based on my experience, it seems that the firm only pursues cases that are almost impossible to lose, as I didn’t see much skill or proactive work from their side in more complex situations.
