Used them to sell my Dad's house after he died and they couldn't have been more helpful and considerate. Nicola was always quick to respond and particularly helpful with an issue over access which was resolved exactly as you'd hope it would be. Would use them again without hesitation.

Google7 months agoI've used Nicola Wilson from Frank and Company over many years of buying and selling residential and buy to let properties.
Having used a different solicitor many years ago (once and regretted it), one key reason I go back to Nicola is her genuine care for her clients. You can tell she takes a personal interest in getting it done, getting it done right, and knows on a personal level just how important each sale or purchase is to the client. She's also caught hold of important details that have been missed by others. Thanks Nicola for absorbing the stresses as well as getting the job done with speed, and humour - hopefully another sale on the horizon, so back soon! I've recommended to friends and family members (recent sale and purchase) and all have had a similar positive experience. :)
