If I could give 0 stars I would I've been having email communication with someone called Catherine.
I explained my situation sent in the documents on the 17th of June and every time I emailed for an update she kept on saying "I'll give you an update" "I'm chasing this for you" "I'll contact you soon" So today 8th July I emailed again wanting to pick up my documents... Still no update, no apologies just said she'll leave the documents in the Oldham office. Absolutely terrible towards customers who need help and support. Go somewhere else....
