I was working with a tight timeline and they were always very quick to respond to all my questions. The time difference between the American Midwest and London was initially a concern for me. But Samantha made herself available at times convenient to me and probably not that convenient for her. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Google5 months agoVery unprofessional and stressful experience.
Paid around £3000 last year for Graduate Visa advice and was told there was a “loophole” and the application still failed. Communication was terrible, I had to constantly chase emails just to get basic responses. Over a year later, they suddenly contacted me claiming I owed £2,438.62 and even threatened debt collection. I had already paid in full and had to dig up my own bank proof to correct THEIR mistake. Once I proved it, they now try to charge me £920 for an “administrative review” that I never agreed to and was never carried out. Poor record-keeping, misleading advice, and extremely unprofessional service. Completely regret spending my money here.

The team was very professional and detail-oriented — they made sure every document was perfectly prepared. My case wasn’t the easiest, but my solicitor was patient, experienced, and always tried their best to push things forward. I truly felt supported throughout the whole process. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and experienced immigration lawyers in the UK.
