GD Property Solicitors

“We decided to go with GD Solicitors due to price and positive reviews online.

I was given a very honest quote by their director and he explained in detail the selling and buying process. The app was very easy to use and saved lots of time. We were assigned Jamie who handled our case. We honestly could not have been happier with Jamie and the whole process. There were hurdles along the way that Jamie worked through efficiently, keeping us updated every step of the way. Whenever I needed to speak to her, she answered emails very quickly and gave me a ring where appropriate. We were thoroughly happy with our GD experience and especially with Jamie! Would recommended this company if you want competitive, honest pricing, transparency and a case handler you can contact.

“I cannot recommend GD Property Solicitors highly enough, and in particular Jamie Humpage, who acted on the sale of my property.

The sale was agreed subject to contract in October but, due to a number of complexities, didn't finally complete until mid-June. Throughout what became an incredibly challenging and protracted process, Jamie was outstanding. She remained calm, professional and positive at every stage, whilst also being exceptionally proactive and communicative. Jamie coordinated all parties involved, kept everything moving forward wherever possible, and always kept me fully informed. No question was ever too much trouble, and she explained everything clearly, giving me confidence and reassurance throughout. Selling a property can be incredibly stressful, but Jamie steered me through the entire process with patience, expertise and genuine care. I honestly couldn't fault the service I received. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending GD Property Solicitors and, in particular, Jamie to anyone looking for a solicitor who is knowledgeable, responsive and committed to achieving the best outcome for their clients. Thank you so much, Jamie, for everything you did. Your support throughout was greatly appreciated. Wishing you all the very best for the future!
