Google5 months agoDamn the day I started working with you!!
My application was refused because of this firm as a trainer handled my case and he only delivered the refused email letter to me a month later after I struggled to reach him and spoke to a trainee lawyer named Ariyan. Because of this, the statute of limitations expired, and I couldn't reapply. And than when l finally spoke to him he said l have closed your application so l can't waste my time for you just because he know l wouldn't do a new application and won't pay him anymore! This is the first and only law firm I've known that only thinks of its own pocket and ignores you once they've received their money from you!

The process was extremely slow, communication was lacking, and we were assigned a trainee solicitor who didn’t seem experienced enough making the process even longer. Due to their delays, I missed the stamp duty deadline and suffered a £12,000 loss. Despite the transaction not completing with them, they still charged the a high fee just to transfer my file. I had to switch solicitors, and the difference was immediate—my new firm was responsive, efficient, and much cheaper. Be very careful when choosing a solicitor. This experience was stressful, costly, and completely avoidable.
