At the very beginning, they seemed very efficient and professional when taking on my car accident case. However, once they accepted the case, communication became very poor and I stopped receiving updates or information about any progress. My case has been with them since 2024, and I am still waiting without any proper update or progress. This experience has been very disappointing and frustrating.
