Due to their age and hearing issues, I was also a contact for the sale. Both Jessica and Laura were excellent, keeping us all informed as the process progressed in a clear and timely manner. What could have been a difficult and stressful experience progressed smoothly and without a hitch. And the final invoice was as originally quoted.

about … Our buyers were not very communicative over the months,after their offer was accepted, in spite of our solicitor emails requesting info regarding progress of sale. Eventually emails were received regarding Exchange and completion and all was done. Thanks to all staff, specially Shannon Nath who replied to all my anxious emails patiently and Lauren Craig who stepped in to organise the completion very clearly explaining all which was going to happen calming my nerves. I am pleased to recommend them regarding the selling of our property and the purchase of our new home
