Google6 months agoI very rarely write reviews but given how incredibly rude and hostile Mair Hickman was during my very brief telephone conversation with her today, all…
because she felt aggrieved at “having to dig out that file again”, and that she does not in fact “work for me (customer) any longer”, I can safely say that I will never instruct this firm to work on my behalf again. A shame considering how well her mother Eira dealt with my case a few years ago, not to mention my family’s use of this firm. I really am appalled.
