I cannot express enough my profound gratitude to Alex Brereton and Eri Horrocks for their exemplary service during my divorce proceedings.

Their professionalism, attention to detail, and unwavering support truly set them apart in the legal field. From our initial consultation, it was evident that I was in capable hands. Alex and Eri navigated the complexities of my case with remarkable skill, ensuring that I was not only informed but also empowered throughout the process. They meticulously explained every aspect of the proceedings, leaving no stone unturned. Their ability to break down intricate legal jargon into comprehensible terms made my experience significantly less daunting. What particularly impressed me was their commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for me. They demonstrated an exceptional understanding of my needs and aspirations, crafting a strategy that ultimately led to a favorable resolution. Their dedication and expertise were evident in every correspondence. In a time that often felt overwhelming, Alex and Eri provided not only legal guidance but also emotional support, making me feel valued and understood. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking a legal team that combines professionalism with genuine care. Thank you, Alex and Eri, for your outstanding work and for restoring my faith in the legal process J

I instructed Hunters to assist with the sale of my London flat and was very happy indeed with the service they provided.

The team that assisted me were James Vernor-Miles and Scott Battram and they were both incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and efficient, making for a very smooth overall process and a successful completion. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for lawyers to represent them on a property sale.

I have interacted with Jay Patel and some of his family law colleagues over the years and also seen first hand with their other clients how professional Hunters are and the superb results they achieve in family law.

They are not the cheapest but you pay fairly for what you get. I found them more professional, knowledgeable, transparent on costs and to the point compared to three of their major competitors I engaged with previously (sadly due to a litigant ex). I would have given them 5 stars had they been my divorce lawyers and perhaps if i had used them initially I would have achieved a far better and tidier outcome. They dealt with my other family matter exceptionally well though. Other people I know who have used them hold them in extremely high regard.

They changed my Life for the better, Hunters Law LLP.

I'm a member of Which? consumer Association, that's how I first found Jay Patel a top Family Law lawyer. I immediately liked him as he was very approachable, myself never having had deal with Lawyers or Law before. He was very informative, explained every step concisely and made understandable in common English. He then was Headhunted to Hunters, one of the UK top Law firms, I didn't hesitate but to follow him where I was subsequently connected with Alexandra Baggallay too. They supported me through the most difficult period of my life. I'm not a wealthy individual but I was taken through various pre-considered steps and offered choices with regard to my personal circumstances. I felt knowledgeable and in control the whole way. Prior to Jay it was a terrifying start to the journey as many friends had horror stories and personal experiences through similar events that left them in a losing situation having spent a lot of money ending in very negative places. I can't thank them enough, I'm now through the last period and 2020 a bit bruised and finally looking forward to the future. My business relationship with Jay has lasted through multiple events spanning five years, not a simple case either. So Yes, go meet them and make your own mind up, I strongly endorse them... and thank you again Jay

I recently dealt with Richard K from Hunters' family department to discuss my case.

Initially, he showed interest in taking it on. I understand that lawyers sometimes cannot take certain cases due to their capacity, but Richard assured me he had the capacity to handle mine. After passing their ID checks, I waited a couple of weeks for further communication. When I called him on Monday, he apologised for his unavailability and promised to send the client engagement letter that day. I politely responded that receiving it by some of the same week would be fine, acknowledging his busy schedule. His response was he would send on Monday, so I keep an eye on on my email. However, he did not send it at all anything. On Thursday evening, I emailed him to request confirmation by the end of Friday regarding whether he would take the case, or if I should instruct another lawyer. With apparent disregard, he replied late on Friday, stating, "Sorry, I can't respond by Friday. And you can instruct another lawyer if you like." In response, I inquired again about his capacity to handle my case, but it's been another week without a reply. The reason I'm leaving this feedback is that I would have understood and respected a straightforward response at the beginning, or even a polite refusal later, due to capacity issues. However, that was not the case. He promised to take on the case but then ignored me, seemingly when he realised it wouldn't be particularly lucrative, as I don't come from an ultra-wealthy family. This lack of response, I found very disrespectful. Hunters Law Firm promotes its Pro Bono work and legal aid, but in my case, where I was a private-paying client, it seems my case wasn't considered high net worth enough. When it came to demonstrating basic human decency, sadly, one of their legal representatives in the family department failed. We trust these legal representatives during the hard times of our lives, and while I understand the importance of financial considerations I.e. everyone has to earn Money. But ignoring clients and not honouring commitments is both unprofessional and disrespectful I found!
