The solicitor and the entire team were extremely efficient, professional, and responsive, which made the whole process far less stressful than we expected. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, without creating any unnecessary tension. Communication was clear throughout, and we really appreciated how well organised everything was, including receiving the final LR documents promptly at the end. A big thank you to the whole team for their hard work and support — we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient conveyancing service.

“Bestin is an outstanding solicitor, he helped us throughout our house purchase.

He was consistently available, quick to respond, and incredibly supportive at every stage. Although the property was initially leasehold, we were able to secure the freehold also from landlord as part of the purchase, and his expertise made the entire process straightforward. He communicated promptly with the seller’s solicitor and landlord solicitor and kept us informed at all times. His knowledge and efficiency made a real difference. Thanks Bestin.

“I’m very thankful for the excellent service I received from Joseph Thaliyan Solicitors.

From the very beginning, Solicitor Bestin was extremely helpful, sincere, and gave me clear and honest advice about the entire process. Throughout the procedure, Solicitor Salma was always responsive and kept me updated regularly. Even though there were delays from the builder’s side, she remained patient, professional, and ensured everything was handled properly. I’d also like to thank the office staff who were phoning me and updating me on the progress. Despite the delays, their support and professionalism never changed. They did their job very well, and I’m truly grateful for all their help.
