Google3 years agoMy late father was a client of Knocker & Foskett.
Although I was the executor of the will I asked his solicitor, Damien Jones, to undertake the more complicated aspects of the administration, such as the application for probate, and to deal with Inheritance Tax. Damien and his team did this promptly, efficiently and courteously, keeping me up to date with progress every step of the way. My father had been in the process of updating his will when he died suddenly and Damien graciously waived the fees for work already done. I can now completely understand why K&F were my parents' solicitor of choice for so long, and have no hesitation in recommending them. We will be appointing them to do the conveyancing for our house sale, hopefully in the near future.
