From the beginning, they were extremely difficult to deal with and constantly avoided giving clear answers. Phone calls were rarely returned, emails went unanswered, and whenever I did manage to get through, it felt like I was being brushed off or passed from one person to another. There was no sense of urgency or accountability, and the entire process felt unnecessarily stressful. Instead of providing support during a situation where insurance is supposed to help, they made everything harder and more frustrating. The lack of communication and professionalism was shocking. Overall, this company wasted a lot of my time and caused unnecessary stress. If you’re considering using this third-party insurance, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a provider that actually communicates and treats customers with respect

Took on my case, all the details to help deal with it then just completely blanked me and my partner! Haven’t heard from them since the start 5 months ago. WOULDN’T USE! Don't waste your time!
