Pavan is genuinely amazing and I cannot recommend him enough. My last purchase fell through using another solicitor, so I was really nervous this time. From day one Pavan was clear, reassuring, and on top of everything. I had so many silly questions as a FTB but he was always happy to assist me. He handled my conveyancing brilliantly and I genuinely believe his work is why this sale completed successfully. Delighted with the service I received.

Google2 months agoWhen the deadline came for completion, I was informed that there were missing documents crucial for completion to take place.
Despite my best efforts, we missed the completion date and I incurred three more days of interest on my bridging loan. Lawcomm had no sense of urgency and I had no reassurance that they were acting in my best interests. It was impossible to reach the person I was dealing with by phone - the ‘direct dial’ number just goes through to a list of names who are all on answer machine. I had to use them because they were on my bank’s list of solicitors. I would never use them again and I would not recommend them

Google3 months agoOur solicitor Carolyn was very responsive, communicative and efficient.
There were several delays in our house purchase on the seller's side, Carolyn kept us up to date with the information that she was in receipt of and didn't tire of the near daily calls we were making at one point to check if there was any update. Her advice was very useful too throughout. I would highly recommend.

Google4 months agoAfter shopping around and not seeming able get a reasonable price for a simple house sale process (cash buyer,no onward chain) I was recommended this company.
They didnt dissapoint. Natalie Chan was my case handler and she was dilligent, efficient, extremely good and patient to work with to get different elements done and extremely professional. Highly recommended. Thank you for being sensible with pricing. Everything you did was much appreciated.
