“NEGATIVE REVIEW – MR BEPARI, LINCOLN SOLICITORS My experience with Mr Bepari from Lincoln Solicitors was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, showed a serious lack of competence and communication.

My appeal case was not properly prepared. There were, in my view, numerous mistakes and important evidence that I had provided or asked to be considered was overlooked. I also repeatedly asked for my family circumstances and Article 8 of the Human Rights Act – the right to respect for private and family life to be properly raised in my case, but this was not adequately addressed. Instead, a completely different defence strategy was pursued from the one I had specifically asked for. The consequences for me were devastating. I was deported and separated from my closest family, and I have lost the life and family that I had built. Communication was also extremely poor. I found that contact was particularly quick when it came to discussing or requesting payment, while communication about the actual progress and preparation of my case was extremely limited. I trusted my solicitor with a matter that affected my entire future and my family. I feel that my instructions were not properly followed and that serious mistakes were made in the preparation of my appeal. The consequences cannot simply be undone. I have lost an enormous part of my life and have been separated from the people closest to me. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Mr Bepari or his services to anyone facing an important immigration or deportation appeal. I strongly advise anyone considering using him to do their own research and carefully consider other options before instructing him. For me, this was not simply a bad service experience — it had life-changing consequences.
