“I had a very disappointing experience with Fatimi Solicitors.

Before I paid around £4,000, the communication was excellent, and I felt well supported. However, once the payment was made, it became very difficult to get responses to my phone calls or receive updates on my case. A woman named Maryam was involved in my communications during the payment process. In my personal experience, I felt encouraged to pay quickly, but after the payment was made, the level of communication and service changed significantly. Unfortunately, my application was not successful, and I was left feeling that my case was not handled with the care and professionalism I expected. When I raised concerns about the service I had received, I felt that my complaints were dismissed rather than addressed. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, I was told that they had not acted for me or that my complaint was not genuine. I found this response unprofessional and upsetting, and it left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. Based on my own experience, I would advise others to carefully consider their options before paying substantial fees and to make sure they understand what level of service they can expect after payment. In contrast, Mr. Hotak has always been professional, polite, knowledgeable, and easy to contact. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and responds promptly whenever I need advice.
