“My family member was charged with a serious offence and had no confidence (after several police station meetings) in the Duty Solicitors that had been appointed.

So, I contacted a family friend, who was a retired solicitor based in Brighton & Worthing, and they recommended Oliver Mackrell. After our initial meeting with Oliver, having been made to feel very welcome by Kate and her office colleagues, I asked my family member how they felt about using Oliver.
