I honestly could not thank her enough. Everything was new to us, even the terminology used was difficult for us to grasp as it was a lot of legal stuff obviously but Sara took the time to explain everything clearly so we fully understood what was happening and the stages we were at. I was informed of every step of the process in my initial consultation, and was kept up to date on the progress of my claim on a regular basis both through email, and letters.
