Googlea year agoWe came in without booking an appointment as we had used them previously walk in.
The receptionist explained that we ideally should have booked an appointment and then spoke to the solicitors and asked us to wait. We stayed there and didn't try to rush anything. After around half an hour of waiting, a haughty solicitor showed up telling us we may need to wait an hour and the way to go is to make an appointment. When we said we'd leave he said we could wait another 20 minutes and see. He said it's common sense to have booked an appointment etc. Unnecessary, rude, and unprofessional behaviour. Needless to say, we walked out and got our work done at another solicitor within a few minutes.

Google2 years agoCan definitely recommend using matrix solicitors who settled my injury claim with a great outcome.
Tasadaq gave me updates regularly through each stage of the claim. Will definitely be using them again if ever in need of a solicitor. If you require their services do not hesitate to call them as the staff are very polite, friendly and understanding.
