Clive and his team provided outstanding legal services during our buy-to-let property purchase. Late in the transaction, we encountered serious issues with another solicitor and had to transfer the case to Minahan Hirst at a very advanced stage of the process. Many solicitors would probably have declined to take on a case with so little time remaining before completion, particularly with the risk of the chain collapsing. Clive and his team not only accepted the challenge but dealt with it exceptionally. From start to finish, they were professional, approachable and incredibly responsive. Their communication was faultless, and the speed and efficiency with which they worked was genuinely impressive. I felt they truly had my interest at heart all throughout and I was never left waiting more than half a day for responses to my emails, which is incredible when you consider volume of cases handled. Another area where Minahan Hirst & Co stand out is the breadth of lender panels that they are on. Such a smooth process for both conveyancing cases - highly recommend.
