This solicitor company was assigned to me for my car accident, I didn’t have a choice but to accept them and went along with it.

From start to finish my case took 14 months. My case was simple I had whiplash , should pain and back injury. When the company signed me on initially everything was all good. After assigning me to a physio therapy I wasn’t really contacted until I intervened back in October last year and started to actually push them to resolve my case asap after my physio was done. I had to provide documents that I had already sent to them over and over again. I had to contact the firm to prompt them to take my claim to the next stage. The final point was when I had called minster law about an update and they said they have just submitted my claim (in March 2026 ), they told me they did this in December 2025. Also minster failed to let me know that my offer from the other party was actually the final offer - Minster law only told me this after I had called them for an update. This firm is very unorganized and chaotic. Be prepared to chase up matters and spend a good time on waiting for the phone to be picked up and they’re emails are ignored / not answered. Please avoid don’t ruin your peace. My settlement by the way was £600.01 and they claimed they’re legal costs are £2000.

There isn't a no star option so ive had to give 1 which is too much had a car accident 2020 no problems at all couldn't praise the company enough .

Had a car accident in 2025 and this time round they are like my back side . Theres plenty of people to answer your calls and being polite on the phone but seems like there's no one to actually deal with your case . We've been waiting for our loss of earnings signing off since December. When they finally sent them over my loss off earnings were missing. What a farce thats been even though od sent them proof at the start they wanted more. 3 weeks ago I sent more proof and the email has only just been opened today after I rang up to query it. Avoid this company at all costs and ask your insurance to put you with someone else

Im struggling with this firm.

Despite how polite my case worker is, in 2 and and half years I was given a 2nd lawyer with the previous one. I contacted them by email regular but barely get a response. I understand that it can be busy, but I have had 2 accidents previously that was all dealt with within 12 months. This one seems to be taking too long. When your involved in an accident that is 100% not your fault, stationary and has cost me a lot of money in the mean time, shouldn't have to go through this. The only responses I get is third party hasn't come back with another settlement fee, I have had court statements to sign off and still no progress. I shouldn't have to chase this up and email non stop, they should be pushing rhis case to settle. Fed up now. I dont understand why this should take this long. Very frustrating when we shouldn't be in this situation in the first place. My accident happened Nov 2023, and my son has been settled and paid out already but I'm still having to wait! Last year I had a accident not of my making was very impressed with them got a quick positive result.

Unfortunately this year I had another accident again not of my making, went straight to Minster Law hoping for the same experience. Unfortunately despite a positive start I'm getting very frustrated that I can't seem to get any response from them despite countless phone calls and emails I no longer know the status of my claim, appreciate busy but surely someone can just get back to me to let me know what's happening. Very much in limbo

18 months. No resolution.

That alone should tell you everything you need to know. Communication from this firm has been consistently poor — I’ve had to chase for updates repeatedly, been left waiting weeks with no contact, and been given conflicting information throughout. Nicola Leary (Team Leader) has since admitted there was a lack of communication on my case, yet the firm still refuses to take proper accountability. Instead, they downplay the situation and defend what is clearly substandard service. I was later passed to Jake Fawcett, who has tried to assist, but by that stage the case had already been mishandled for months. Passing clients between handlers does not fix the underlying issue — it highlights it. What makes this worse is that after experiencing this myself, I reviewed other feedback — and the same complaints come up again and again: delays, poor communication, lack of ownership. This is not a one-off. It’s a pattern. And their proposed resolution for 18 months of delays, stress, and mismanagement? £150. That tells you exactly how seriously they take their clients. I am now considering escalating this to the Legal Ombudsman and the SRA. If you value clear communication, accountability, and basic professional standards — I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
