Google10 months agoWe used Parry Law earlier this year for conveyancing.
The communication was simply not good enough. I was chasing for 4 weeks for an update. No replies to emails no matter who was copied in. When calling I was asked to please send an email.. what was the point with no replies? Kept calling and finally got an update after the 4 weeks. Just to find out that critical information could have been passed on to us weeks before - we had to pull out of the purchase based on this information. I would not recommend. We changed solicitor for our current conveyancing. They are superb and communication is fast.

Michelle and her assistant Lucy were brilliant. Emails were responded to quickly and they weren’t afraid to pick up the phone. Their rates are reasonable and we really liked the fixed rate option when buying a home. In particular, Michelle was extremely helpful with communication around exchange and completion and it took a lot of weight off our minds knowing she had it all in hand. We will use them again for sure!

Have spent the better part of six months trying to pick up the pieces from this firms incompetent handling of a what should have been a very simple leasehold sale. We all suffer at the hand of this country’s archaic system of buying and selling property but this firm takes the biscuit.
