I have been trying to get proper communication and support regarding my case for many months, and unfortunately, I have felt completely neglected. On several occasions, when I have called the office, I have been told that the solicitors are unavailable, and sometimes my calls have been ended without my concerns being properly addressed. I feel that my case has not been advised or handled properly, and the communication and follow-up have been extremely poor.
