Poor receptionist who wasted my time for the past 3 days and then to tell me we don’t deal with cases.
Firstly this wasn’t a case and secondly it’s to do with conveyancing on transfer deed which I mentioned. Then she tells me it’s due to the pandemic as to why their short of people to deal with my query. I mean seriously shouldn’t she have said that in the first place rather then waste my time 🤦🏽♂️
