I cannot recommend Hollie Churm at Rollasons highly enough.

From the very beginning, her professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail have been outstanding. What really sets Hollie apart is her communication. Every query is answered thoroughly and in depth, and without fail she responds within 24 hours. It’s incredibly reassuring to know that whenever you need advice or clarification, you’re going to receive a comprehensive and helpful response rather than a rushed reply. It’s clear that Hollie genuinely loves what she does, and that passion shines through in every interaction. She consistently goes above and beyond for her clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and valued throughout the entire process. I was originally recommended to Hollie by an agent, and I can honestly say that recommendation couldn’t have been more accurate. The agent spoke highly of her professionalism and commitment to her clients, and Hollie has exceeded every expectation. Her knowledge, responsiveness, and willingness to help make her an absolute asset to Rollasons. If you’re looking for someone who is dedicated, approachable, highly professional, and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcomes for her clients, Hollie is the person you want on your side. An exceptional service from start to finish.

We recently used Rollasons Solicitors for our conveyancing and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Hollie Churm.

Hollie was incredibly friendly, down to earth, and approachable from start to finish. Buying/selling a home can be stressful, but she made the whole process feel so much easier and always took the time to explain things clearly and keep us updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her professionalism and attention to detail gave us complete confidence throughout. We’re so grateful for all her help and support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hollie to anyone needing conveyancing services. Thank you again!

We have recently moved and we were recommended Rollastons by our estate agent.

I’m so pleased we received this recommendation as Hollie, who was acting for us was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Hollie was extremely proactive and kept us informed at every juncture and most definitely fought our corner when issues became a little difficult with our buying and selling. We are now living in our lovely new home and that is all thanks to Hollie for making the process go so smoothly. We cannot thank you enough for your professionalism, commitment and dedicated approach to both our purchase and sale. I would highly recommend Hollie at Rollastons. Thank you Hollie. Best wishes Jan and Francis

We were recommended to Rollasons recently for the sale of our house.

Not the best experience. Hollie started off very well, professional, efficient and was responsive (even out of hours), but rarely actually gave answers to what was asked. Numerous shocking errors due to a major lack of attention to detail and we never saw any sign of an apology or even a vague acceptance of making a number of totally unnecessary mistakes and a very fixated timescale approach with what was a very short chain, meaning we didn't complete until 3pm in the afternoon. The estate agent who recommended us is unlikely to recommend them again. Maybe double check what you're sending to customers spending thousands on your services to avoid potential pitfalls. Customers shouldn't need to point out your errors and where you've gone wrong. We were the last to know that our house had exchanged. The people we bought from knew before we did. That was one ridiculous example of the poor service we experienced. Giving the estate agent different information than what we were told by the same person really wasn't professional or helpful, either. Putting the incorrect house sale price on the final statement and, when we pointed out this error, not updating the respective stamp duty figures really shouldn't happen. If you're tired, wait until the following day to respond, so you don't make mistakes. If you've got too much workload, stop taking more on. We asked about making Wills through the same firm of solicitors (before the worsening experience began) and the response was bizarre. The lady on the reception desk told me the name of the person we needed to contact, but failed to give any contact details or even, perish the thought, as the relevant solicitor to contact us, the existing customer. Pro-active ability to increase business : nil. With hindsight, I'm glad we didn't, in case the same lack of accuracy with important details and figures was a firm-wide issue. 3 weeks after moving in, we've still not received copies of the indemnity policies that were sought. Friendly service, but unfortunately it wasn't the most stress-free of experiences, where we had to check pretty much everything.

I recently used Rollasons Solicitors (Daventry office)for advice and signing of a mortgage guarantee letter, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

Michael Goldfinch provided clear, thorough, and reassuring guidance throughout the entire process. His professionalism and attention to detail made everything straightforward and stress free. A special thank you to Gemma, who was incredibly helpful in organising the appointment. She was efficient, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend Rollasons Solicitors for anyone needing reliable legal advice and outstanding customer service.
