“I'll start by saying that Sarah is a good Conveyancer.

We likely wouldn't have been in our house for a good couple of months without her, if not at all. She ended up working up the chain on our behalf, informing other solicitors of what they needed to do. She's a delightful person to deal with, and always responsive to calls and emails. Unfortunately, the state of conveyancing in general makes it difficult for Sarah to do her job to the best of her ability, and it means that competition and relative performance of her peers makes Sarah stand out even further. The only reason I'd give this as a 4* is because she can over promise and not follow through on that. We trusted her implicitly on the process, and perhaps looking back we should have not gotten our hopes up so much on certain matters. I'd still recommend Sarah to friends & family and greatly appreciate her support, but alas conveyancing is still such a horrible sector of law and even with the best solicitor you can end up getting scorn.
