Firm look to one of those firms a umbrella to trade under any solicitor can get in and that they all made partners doesn’t seem like a good firm,…

especially when they have a partner NICK WALKER getting involved in his wife’s unpaid service charged demand for 3 years so much rubbish in his email so-called solicitors who a partner . Tampered with the email trail and sent the email removed the part where she suggested she will pay this week. Trying to use very poor tactics as he has an email signature which shows a solicitor to avoid paying. Then part of his email say (I have discussed this matter with my partners in real estate litigation and company law and they agree with me that your threats of legal action are laughable. You do not have any sort of case against LW. More importantly, you have no authority whatsoever to issue proceedings against LW or any of the other owners at the property in relation to the recovery of service charge.) So NICK WALKER confirms its fine not to pay Service charge demand for three years and that you can't take the legal action. This is very bad advice from a solicitor. Anyone knows the simple law of leasehold you have to pay service charge demand the freeholder has the right to recover unpaid service charge demands through legal action and cost will occur. It seems like two things Nick Walker doesn't know what he's talking about, or trying to show he's a solicitor to scare off us requesting the service charged demand, for him to go all the way and tampering with the emails. Surly he should be struck off as a solicitor. Tempering with emails from a solicitor is fraudulent wouldn’t go anywhere near them. Good thing in the UK can always use the SRA to report solicitors so anyone who’s having issues don’t hesitate to do so. We are looking forward to the SRA’s findings regarding this very disgraceful solicitor Nick Walker

I have been subjected to a GDPR breach and put at risk when a WFW solicitor divulged my personal financial information to a man who phoned up asking about me.

No identity checks; no efforts were made to ensure who he was at all which is a flagrant risk to my safety. This type of breach of personal information is not only illegal it could have put me at serious risk in terms of my physical safety. It has crossed my mind this could be deliberate gender-based intimidation by the male solicitor who made the breach. It’s completely unethical and disturbing, as it has triggered past gender-based violence trauma and made me fear for my personal safety as this negligent, SRA-solicitor clearly doesn’t know what he is meant to do relating to personal information and could risk the personal information and safety of anyone whose information he has access to, or even worse it was a deliberate intimidatory act and he should lose his SRA accreditation. I can’t believe I am writing this. WFW is required by law and the ICO to protect their clients and other individuals whose information they hold. This upsetting incident has also highlighted WFW employee ignorance relating to gendered issues of personal safety. Since this solicitor made no effort to check who he was sharing information with this breach could have so easily involved someone who is prevented to access me for example. It’s shocking and terrifying. I hope that WFW urgently review their procedures to prevent this ever happening again.

Nice people to work for.

But the sausages in the rest area are the best ever. I just wish I'd asked where they get them.
