We had Leah sell and purchase our properties for us.

She was on the ball with everything, organised chased everything up had everything in place from the start. She kept in contact throughout I didn’t need to contact for anything. So professional and if I ever had to sell and purchase again would definitely use Leah’s. Thanks you to Leah and team for making it all such easy process . 1000/10 highly recommend.

A top class service from Welch and Co when purchasing our first home.

Jennie and Leah were professional, friendly and approachable. They looked after us throughout the whole process. We were kept updated regularly and the whole process went from being daunting to easy! A fantastic, seamless service from start to finish. We can’t thank the whole team enough.

Contract signed and search fees paid, received a call 18 months later (2 months out from house completion) to state they can not represent us - very brief, unprofessional and unapologetic call and left us in limbo.

We also discovered they had our mortgage offer for 6 weeks prior and no work or searches done. Quick and pleasant to start with for fees, then very poor service and lack of communication since -Would not recommend.

Never have I had to deal with a solicitor (Ms Padgett) who has written such toxic and vitriol correspondence.

All we did as executors, were to follow the instructions of the will. Nobody should have to deal with such unprofessional and unnecessary personal attacks while grieving a loved one.
