Very friendly smiling. On first impression made me feel very relaxed and calm. She explained everything perfectly she told me very clearly what to say and what not to say. Explained it slowly and made sure I understood . And asked me if it needed repeating it. She asked me if I need to ask questions. I feel much more calmer before the interview. During the interview she sat next to me made me feel safe and more secure. She made sure she I was reminded what to say during interview she kept pointing at the screen for me to read.
