I cannot recommend Taslima and Natalie from Alexander JLO Solicitors highly enough. They were absolutely amazing throughout the sale of my shared ownership property. From start to finish, they were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and professional, and always so quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. The sale became particularly stressful due to delays and difficulties on the buyer’s solicitor’s side, but Taslima and Natalie made everything on my side feel as smooth and straightforward as possible. Most of the communication was via email which was my preference due to being a teacher and unable to answer the phone during the day. They went above and beyond to keep things moving, explain everything clearly and make sure I always knew what was happening.
