John Owens was my mum's Solicitor. He was so lovely with my mum. Everything was explained in a way she could understand, but he was not at all condescending. After my mum died, John acted as co- executor on her will. He was so kind, and even though I was very sad at the time, he knew he could joke with me, and he helped lift my spirits. We used John when we made our wills. Again, he was excellent. We will certainly use John Owens again. I would highly recommend him.
