I recently completed a house sale using DW after my property went on the market nearly a year before. I was unlucky enough to have 3 sales falls through before eventually selling, one of which was very last minute when we were meant to be exchanging and completing. Danielle Motley was our solicitor and she put in incredible time and effort during these stressful times. DW were also kind enough to offer a discounted rate due to sales falling through.
