I needed someone to review a settlement agreement and provide additional advice with a deadline of less than a week. I reached out to several solicitors' firms, emphasising the urgency of my situation; some never responded, some responded after a while, and almost all seemed primarily interested in getting my details for them to invoice me. Justin responded within a couple of hours and started giving me useful advice immediately. He was able to cope with my tight timescale while still making sure I had everything fully explained at all stages and answered all my questions.
