In 2025 an elderly member of our family was subjected to a criminal damage scam which in our opinion was supported and believed to be true by 2 inconsiderate and uncaring members of Northumbria Police. We engaged with CHW who reviewed the (non existant) evidence and liaised on our behalf with the CPS who subsequently dropped all charges. CHW also applied and successfully obtained Defendants Cost Orders from the CPS. We would recommend CHW 100 percent.
