Just had a phone call with one of their so-called “professionals” and I’m honestly lost for words. The man (Zorabeer Rai) was unbelievably rude — zero manners, zero patience, and zero clue what he was even talking about. I’ve never come across someone so arrogant and unprofessional in a place that’s supposed to help people. He spoke to my father in law with no respect whatsoever. The attitude was completely out of line — talking over us, giving nonsense answers, and acting like he’s doing us a favour by simply picking up the phone. If this is how they treat people, I dread to think how they handle anyone’s legal matters. This firm is an absolute joke. Totally incompetent, disorganised, and pathetic beyond words. Stay as far away as possible — they don’t deserve clients, let alone anyone’s trust.
