So... Buying and selling your home is indeed the most anxious and stressful time. A cliché, but its true. Its therefore essential that a strong, professional, yet friendly team supports the whole process. We found a crucial supporting link in Wragg Mark-Bell. We persevered through an extremely difficult process due to the action and inactions of people at the bottom of our small chain. But, also including less than favourable activity from estate agents and solicitors at the bottom. Our solicitor, Wednesday Jones, was so good for us throughout. Her solid, supportive and no nonsense approach kept us going even at the worst of times. Having 'our backs' throughout was essential to get the process 'over the line'. It was agreed, our journey was one of the most difficult, but engaging Wednesday and Wragg Mark-Bell as our representatives was easily our best decision.
